Refund policy
Whilst all care and responsibility is taken in the manufacturing of our product, we understand that there may be an occasion where through incorrect delivery protocols or a faulty valve mechanism your purchase may not meet your expectations.
In this instance we ask you to contact us at coffee@morningtonoffee.com with the details of your issue and we can organise to have your purchase returned to be tested for any spoiling and sort a suitable refund or replacement for you.
*We can not accept coffee returns as the product has a limited window of freshness. Make sure you select the correct coffee and grind when you are putting coffees in your cart.
